I've installed SnoopFree Privacy Shield. How
Can I Be Sure It's Working?
That's a great question! I encourage you to
test my software to get a feel for how it works.
There are many ways you can test out the Privacy Shield.
In my opinion, the easiest way is for you to download
and try some shareware keystroke loggers, screenshot
utilities and surveillance software. When you do
this, you'll quickly see how the Privacy Shield protects
you from such threats. Refer to the following list
for links to such software on the web:
I have downloaded and installed each of the
programs listed above. They should not harm your system
in any way, nor will they allow others to spy on you.
How do I uninstall SnoopFree
Privacy Shield?
To uninstall SnoopFree Privacy Shield, follow these
steps:
- Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove
Programs
- Scroll down until you find SnoopFree Privacy
Shield in the list of installed programs.
- Click on SnoopFree Privacy Shield and then on the
Change/Remove button to start the uninstall process.
I'm Getting The Error "...
could not initialize ... Error code = 0xfedac3"
Please download the latest version of the software
here. This
compatibility problem has been fixed in the latest
version of SnoopFree Privacy Shield.

What Spy Software Can SnoopFree Privacy Shield
Detect?
I have not yet seen a spy program that the program cannot
detect. SnoopFree Privacy Shield is powerful
software that does not rely on outdated scanning
technology to detect threats. It acts like a
firewall for your keyboard, screen and open windows.
This software works closely with Windows XP to detect
virtually every conceivable threat. I've tested
my software with every spy program I can get my hands
on -- both free and costly. I'm very confident
that my software will detect all known and unknown spy
software.
Can SnoopFree Privacy Shield Detect Hardware
Key-loggers?
No. Hardware key-loggers are (as of now) undetectable by
software. Your best defense against hardware
key-loggers is to make sure your keyboard is plugged
directly into your computer. Many hardware
key-loggers sit between your keyboard and the computer
-- your keyboard is plugged into the logger and the
logger is plugged into the keyboard port on your
computer. Some
hardware key-loggers are embedded in ordinary-looking
keyboards. Keep tabs on your hardware and make
sure that nobody can access it. If you're really
paranoid, lock up your keyboard when you're not using
the computer.
Why Does SnoopFree Privacy Shield Only Work With
Windows XP?
This is because SnoopFree Privacy Shield has only
been programmed to add it's special protections to
Windows XP. I may on a version
for Windows 2000 or NT... maybe! Sadly,
this technology will not ever work with Windows versions
previous to NT (i.e. 95/98/Me).
Specifically, How Does SnoopFree Privacy Shield
Work?
SnoopFree Privacy Shield wraps the Windows XP
operating system at a very low level -- using
proprietary driver technology. It watches
all software running on your machine for potentially
suspicious behavior. If such behavior is noticed,
SnoopFree Privacy Shield interrupts the offending
program and lets you decide how to handle it.
